1. Book Your Appointment
You can get started by reaching out via text, phone call, our intake form, or the "Book Now" button. We’ll collect your address, your pup’s info, rabies vaccine details, and a card on file. Completing the intake form will make the booking process smooth and effortless.

2. Appointment Day
Kaylee will arrive within your scheduled window and send a quick message when she’s on the way. She’ll help bring your pup to the grooming van and walk through the services for the visit.

Our all-electric, fully self-contained grooming studio requires no hookups or water from your home, and it operates without any noisy generators or vehicle idling - creating a quiet, clean, and truly stress-free grooming experience. If you’d like, Kaylee can send gentle updates throughout your dog’s appointment.

3. Pricing & Payment
Services are billed at $100/hr based on hands-on grooming time, with a few specialty services carrying additional fees. Payment is collected at the end of your appointment using the card on file or our point-of-sale system, whichever is easiest for you. We accept all major cards for payment.

4. First Visit & Future Options
For the first appointment, an adult you authorize will need to remain on the property. After that, many dogs qualify for convenient “while-you’re-away” grooming as long as safe access and pre-payment are arranged.
- For safety, this option may not be suitable for pets with aggression or who guard the home, certain medical conditions, or anxiety about unfamiliar visitors. -
